Please read these terms carefully before creating an account or using any services on 358. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and us.

Acceptance & Applicability of Terms
By using the 358 website or mobile platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.358 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time; continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms apply only to individuals aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 358 reserves the right to verify a user's age and suspend their account if necessary.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
- Each individual may register only one account.
- Accurate and truthful information is required at the time of registration.
- Mobile number and identity verification are required.
- If a single individual is found to hold multiple accounts, all accounts may be cancelled.
- Keeping your password confidential is entirely the user's responsibility.
- Accounts must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
- Any unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
- Logging in through third-party accounts is not permitted.
In cases of false information or fraud by a user, 358 reserves the right to permanently close the account and forfeit the balance.
Permitted & Prohibited Platform Activities
Permitted Use
The 358 platform may be used for personal entertainment purposes. Placing bets on cricket, football, and other sports, playing casino games, and claiming approved rewards are all permitted activities.
Prohibited Activities
- The use of any form of fraud, bots, or automated software is strictly prohibited.
- Exploiting bonuses or gaining unfair advantages through multiple accounts is prohibited.
- The platform must not be used for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to hack the system or exploiting security vulnerabilities is prohibited.
- Stealing another user's information or engaging in deceptive behaviour is not acceptable.
Payment, Transaction & Withdrawal Rules
All transactions on358 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals can be made viaKash, Nagad, and other approved local payment methods.
- The minimum deposit amount will be displayed in the account.
- Deposits are typically reflected within 5 minutes.
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
- Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Withdrawals are not permitted until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.
- Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
358 reserves the right to hold withdrawals on suspicious transactions pending verification. Users are solely responsible for meeting any applicable tax or regulatory obligations.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Changes to Terms

358 takes all legally reasonable steps to maintain service quality; however, 358 is not liable for any losses arising from technical errors, server outages, or third-party failures on the platform.358 bears no financial responsibility for the outcomes of any bets or games placed at the user's own discretion.
Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, software, and materials on the 358 platform are the intellectual property of 358. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of any kind without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
358 may update these terms at any time. Notice of any changes will be posted on the platform. These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
Account Suspension, Closure & Third-Party Policy
Grounds for Account Suspension & Closure
358 may investigate, suspend, or permanently close a user's account for any of the following reasons:
- Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
- Bonus abuse or operating multiple accounts.
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity.
- Attempting to compromise platform security or engaging in hacking.
- Extended inactivity or account abandonment.
Third-Party Links & Services
The 358 platform may include links to third-party payment providers or game suppliers. 358 is not responsible for the quality, privacy practices, or content of any third-party services. Users are advised to review third-party terms and conditions separately.
